Hi! Thanks for checking out my site. I am a husband and father of four whose passions are running and the running community. You won’t find the traditional running blog posts here detailing my training, because, quite frankly, writing about myself is boring. I would much rather write about the incredible people I have encountered in the running community whose stories need to be told. Interspersed with those posts will be opinion pieces that contain commentary and analysis about what is going on in running and the running community. We will certainly disagree from time to time.
